1. Minimal Data Collection

Our privacy philosophy is “Local First.” We do not want your creative data. The only information we collect and store on our servers is:

  • Name

  • Email Address

  • Serial Code / License Key

This data is used exclusively for license verification, software updates, and customer support.

2. No Hosting of User Content

  • Images & Art: We do not upload, host, or store your images, storyboards, or original artwork on our servers.

  • Prompts & Text: Your creative prompts and text are processed locally or sent directly to 3rd-party AI providers. They never pass through or stay on our servers.

3. 3rd-Party Data Transmission

When you use AI features, the Software sends your data (prompts/images) directly to the 3rd-party AI provider you have connected.

  • Their Policies Apply: Once data is sent to a 3rd-party provider (like OpenAI), their specific Privacy Policy and Terms of Service govern that data.

  • No Access: We cannot see, intercept, or log the data you send to these 3rd-party providers.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect the limited license information (Name, Email, Serial Code) stored on our servers. Since we do not host your creative content, your primary security measure is the security of your own local device.

5. Your Rights

You may contact us at support@storyboardaitool.com to request the deletion of your license data. Please note that deleting this data will invalidate your software license.
